What you can expect from my session

I will listen to your inner voice and guide you

so that you can hear it as well

As an empath, I can feel your feelings and frustration but also I can hear your inner voice, what you really want and what your real struggles are. Hearing those voices and sharing with you is my counseling style.

I had no idea since I was a kid that not everybody can hear those voices. I truly believed that everyone was communicating in this way. Crazy enough, I thought someone who couldn’t understand how I was angry or frustrated by not saying a word was such a weird person. Well...I was the crazy one after-all.

After I started working, I realized something was wrong with me. Once, a friend told me the other employee wanted to quit and she didn't know what to do. I told her that "Oh that is because of this and this [his concerns] and now he will make a move like [this way]." She opened her eyes so wide and asked me, stunned " How could you know all of that!?? That was literally the conversation I had with him." That was one of the examples, how I started realizing my skill.

When I tell someone about my skill, they tell me "that sounds very exhausting." Well, yes, it was until I learned how to control. Absorbing surface level feelings can be stressful and I often turn this off to maintain my energy. However, when someone lets me connect with them on a deeper level, it can lead to a very valuable interaction for both of us.

A common misunderstanding is that I can read your mind all the time. As I said above, when people feel open to me and let me connect with you, I can hear your inner voice. As an empath, I can feel your feelings sometimes even when you are trying to hide, but what matters to me is your inner voice through our session. You are completely free to feel whatever negative and positive emotions and feelings you have! (You are human. You can think and feel, so go for it!)

So, what is your “inner voice” that I refer to? Inner voice is your desire or feelings that you have forgotten and covered with other feelings and thoughts (this is what I call surface feelings) so that you cannot reach. It is very simple most of the time and makes sense to you. You can feel lighter and happy after listening to your inner voice because it comes from within yourself. By hearing your inner voice through my session and following it, you will start noticing that you can hear your inner voice by yourself. (I say, "hearing" but most of the time you will start feeling it.) The main purpose of my session is that you can be you, true you and you won't need my help to be yourself because you are you and you are the one who should hear your inner voice.

Through my session, I will keep following your voice and feeling. So, I may give you some guidance but it all comes from within yourself, not me. Sometimes, this process could be a little bit challenging and scary to you, especially when your inner voice is hiding and covering with fear. However, once you can accept yourself and your inner voice, it will change you forever, how light you will feel and how free you will be. So, let's start your journey and re-discover yourself. It will be an amazing experience for you.
